Every plan includes one local business number, so outbound calls show a familiar local caller ID. A number is also what activates the account and lets you place calls.

Each plan runs on the A1ROUTES Cloud PBX — IVR, ring groups, voicemail, forwarding and more — so a whole team can answer and place calls from day one.

Questions about international calling plans

Which countries can I get an unlimited calling plan for?

Today you can choose unlimited calling to the USA & Canada, the United Kingdom, or Australia. Each plan covers one country. If you regularly call several countries, ask us about pay-as-you-go SIP rates instead.

Do I need a phone number to use a calling plan?

Yes. Every plan includes one local business number, and as per regulations an account needs at least one number before it can make or receive calls. That single number can power a whole team.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Plans are prepaid with no contract, no lock-in and no monthly minimums beyond the plan fee. Keep a small positive balance to stay active, and stop renewing whenever you like.

What does unlimited calling include?

Unlimited plans cover calls to landlines and mobiles in your chosen country, excluding premium and special-rate numbers. Call forwarding to other countries is billed per minute, and fair-use limits apply.

Can one plan serve a whole team?

It depends on the plan. Photon is billed per minute with no concurrency limit, so a single subscription can serve a whole team of any size. Light and Blaze include two concurrent calls per subscription, so teams that need more simultaneous calls add more subscriptions.

Are calling plans refundable?

Calling plan fees and setup charges are non-refundable. You can stop renewing at any time, and any remaining wallet balance stays available for pay-as-you-go usage.
